Class description

Jiu Jitsu offers veterans a transformative experience, significantly enhancing both their physical and mental well-being. Jiu Jitsu fosters focus and discipline, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety while boosting resilience and mental clarity. The supportive community within Jiu Jitsu gyms offers veterans a sense of comaraderie and belonging, creating a network of peers who genuinely understand their experiences. If you are a Veteran, Active Military, or First Responder, we invite you to join us for free Jiu Jitsu training sessions. Come and train with us at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays. We look forward to welcoming you to our community and sharing the transformative power of Jiu Jitsu.
